Aesthetics play a vital role in creating a home that is different from the rest. We strive to combine architecturally appealing exteriors, efficient floor plans and abundant amenities in every home. And, the design process doesn’t end with a set of blueprints. We are constantly fine-tuning plans and reviewing building materials and products to keep up with the changing technologies, trends and designs.

Budget/Cost
We are one of the few custom builders that offer clients a fixed-price contract. In these days of inflation and constantly rising costs, a fixed-price contract gives our clients a comfort level of building costs versus the standard cost plus contract which always increases costs during the building process. We also offer a detailed allowance schedule which helps our clients keep costs within budget.
Resale
When it’s time for our clients to list their home for sale, the listing realtor always notes in the listing that it is an “Ertl Wilsom Home.”
